Order

1. Is my order confirmed?

You will receive an order confirmation e-mail once your order is confirmed. In case you didn't receive any email, feel free to get in touch with us at 8448440882.

2. I want to cancel my order. What should I do?

Your order can be cancelled before you receive the size confirmation call from our end or within 24 hours after order has been placed(whichever is earlier). Once you have confirmed the order on call with us, it cannot be cancelled

3. How do you ship the product?

We ship your shoes via a network of courier partners. You can track your order status on your Account page.
Note: Shipping varies varies from country to country. We suggest to have a look at the shipping charges for your destination at your shipping page:
Our shipping charges covers the import duties.

4. Which all countries do you deliver?

Currently we deliver shoes to only India. However, very soon we plan our shipping to most countries in Asia, Europe & USA.

We regret if your country is not listed here. But we promise to deliver shoes there very soon and would update you moment we go live in your country.

5. Are there any chances of the shoes getting damaged during transit?

No, our shoe box is put inside a courier box before shipping as an additional safety precaution.

6. Does your list price includes taxes?

Yes. It includes shipping and taxes for all domestic (within India) orders.

7. Do you provide Cash-On-Delivery (COD)/Pay-On-Delivery (POD) facility?

Yes we offer COD facility on select pin codes. In case you do not find the COD option while placing your order, kindly get in touch with us @8448440882 so that we can assist you with the same. Pay-on-delivery is currently available only as cash. No card or other modes of payment are available during delivery.

8. How long would it take to deliver?

All shoes are hand crafted after orders are placed. Hence we take 10-12 working days to dispatch the product from our workshop.

9. Its been more than 15 days and haven’t received my shoe.

Firstly, we are sorry to know this. We have a small team delicately crafting your shoes. We have been bombarded with a whole lot of orders given our maniacal focus to Quality and Finish. Please mail us with the order ID at [email protected] and we shall update you on the exact status.

4. How to know which size fits me?

We suggest you to refer to your best fitted shoe and see the UK/EU/US size. Please suggest the name of brand and your size in that brand.
We match our database and suggest the corresponding best fit RW size. Our sizing corresponds to UK/EU/US standards.

Return

1. Can I return the shoe if I do not like it?

No. However, If your ordered pair of shoes do not fit you, you can return them in an unwoven condition within 7 days of receipt for a remake. Shoes must be in original packaging, in all original boxes, accessories and documents provided by us.

Note: Rapawalk reserves the right to refuse the return at its sole discretion.

2. How to return a shoe?

Please contact our customer executive or directly write to us at [email protected]. Please do provide us the reason for return.

We offer pick-up facility in selected location basis our courier serviceability. If the pick-up option is not available at your location the you can self-ship the product to us.

3. When can I expect my replacement pair to be delivered?

The manufacturing of your replacement pair will start upon such confirmation of replacement. However, the product can only be shipped to you after receiving the return of your original product and if such return is not deemed as a faulty return.

Faulty return

The shoes will be considered faulty if received in damaged condition or if used outside carpet area causing any sort of damage to the soles. Replacement pair will not be shipped in case of faulty return and you will have to bear the return expenses of shipping the faulty shoes back to you.

Refund for return shoes

Your order can be cancelled before you receive the size confirmation call from our end or within 24 hours after order has been placed(whichever is earlier). Once you have confirmed the order on call with us, it cannot be cancelled

4. Who bears the return shipping costs?

Return shipping charges need to be borne by the customer & is not refundable by us. We will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

5. Can I get a refund for my product?

Unfortunately we don’t refund for the product since the product is made personalized for you.

Fitting

1. My shoes are little tight. What should I do ?

If your shoe is little tight, we suggest you to stretch it few times to make them wearing quickly

Leather shoes can easily be stretched by half a size

Note: Leather is a natural material. It takes the shape of the foot upon regular wearing. Leather has a natural property of expansion to adjust to your foot shape.

2. My shoes are little loose. What should I do?

We can ship you an extra sole insert upon placing request. Inserting an extra sole insert would help provide better fit and extra comfort.

3. What if the shoes gives me blisters?

Ouch!

The first wear shoe rubbing foot blister doesn’t discriminate, be it men or women, oxfords or pumps.

Leather is a natural material, it sometimes takes a day or two with your feet to take the shape and make you feel comfortable.

Colors

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on Rapawalk as accurately as possible.

However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of colour will be completely accurate.

We offer wide variety of leather – Soft leather, Patent leather, Suede, Natural grained, handwoven soft mesh. For more info please refer to our Material page

All our leathers are sourced from the best tanneries globally

Please note that the material are tanned in small batches under high care and is subject to availability and timely delivery from global tanneries.

2. How is the quality of leather used?

We boast the most highly sought-after leather in the world including Italian calf, French calf, outsole from Argentina and suede from Mexico.

Tanned in the best tanneries globally, all our leathers are skin friendly, underpinning the exceptional characteristic of our first-class shoe. A fashionable appearance, great touch feel & durability is guaranteed.

3. What all products are apt for soft leather, patent leather, suede etc

Our soft leather is great for long wearing (office hours) and is the durable option for your design. It is also easy to be taken care of!
